Psychedelic Integration Workshop
About This Event
Integration is where the real work happens. This 3-hour virtual workshop provides practical tools and supportive community for making sense of your psychedelic experiences and translating insights into lasting life changes.
Led by licensed therapists with extensive experience in psychedelic-assisted therapy, this workshop covers the fundamentals of integration: journaling practices, somatic techniques, working with difficult experiences, and building ongoing support structures.
The workshop includes both educational content and small group breakout sessions where you can share and process in a safe, confidential environment. Whether your experience was recent or years ago, whether it was challenging or beautiful, you'll leave with concrete practices for deepening your integration.
This workshop is appropriate for all experience levels and does not require any specific preparation.
