Tea
Soothing mushroom tea for a gentle, fast-acting experience
Mushroom tea is made by steeping dried mushrooms in hot water, then straining and drinking the liquid. This method is prized for its faster onset, reduced nausea, and the ability to customize flavor with added herbs or honey.
How It Works
Hot water extracts psilocybin from the mushroom material. Since the psilocybin is already dissolved in water, your body can absorb it more quickly than digesting whole mushrooms. Straining out the mushroom material reduces chitin intake, which often causes nausea.

Recommended dosing for tea consumption.
0.1g - 0.3g dried mushrooms
0.5g - 1g dried mushrooms

Note: Steep time affects potency. Longer steep = stronger tea. Some potency remains in strained material.
Tips for Tea

- Steep for 15-20 minutes for full extraction
- Add ginger during steeping to further reduce nausea
- Chop or grind mushrooms finely for better extraction
- You can eat the strained mushrooms for extended effects
